Every year the Teen Award is given to 3 inspirational young teenagers who have acted selflessly and helped others in some way. Radio 1 DJs Chris Stark and Scott Mills surprised Jack at his school to tell him he'd won the award. Jack will be presented with his award in front of thousands of people on Sunday 19th October at Wembley Stadium.

Jack has won his award for being dedicated to stopping bullying in his school and community. Jack was badly bullied at school and didn't want anyone else to go through the same experience so he took action. He contacted the Diana Award and received training to be an Anti-Bullying Ambassador. As an Anti-Bullying Ambassador he has delivered assemblies to local schools on bullying and e-safety. He also set up The Sanctuary in his school where people who are feeling lonely can go to make new friends. Jack bravely shared his experience of bullying on TV and in newspapers to give others hope that things can get better. Check out Jack's photo diary below to see some of the ways he has worked to stop bullying.....
