Anti-Bullying Ambassador Personalised Training
The Anti-Bullying Ambassador personalised training is open to people who are new to the programme, and people who have already received training from us.
We offer training to Mainstream Schools, youth organisations, Special Educational Needs schools, Pupil Referral Units and Children's Homes. Although our training is directed at young people we also offer training to staff and parents. Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements for the day.
What is a personalised visit?
A personalised visit can involve staff or young people receiving anti-bullying training. We offer bespoke training days depending on your requirements. We encourage at least 1 full dedicated day of training to ensure that we equip your students with all the knowledge and skills they need to tackle bullying in their school/youth organisation. Although we aim to work with no more than 30 students during the day, you could request a year group assembly, workshops with bullies/bullied, a talk with parents etc. Please get in touch to discuss specific requests.
How much does the personalised visit cost and what will it include?
Each young person trained as an Anti-Bullying Ambassador receives a workbook, an Anti-Bullying Ambassador pen, pencil, notepad, badge, wristband, personalised certificate and ongoing support from the team.
To discuss the cost of the day please email the Programme Co-ordinator, Frankie Spivey.
The Anti-Bullying Ambassador programme can help your school with their Ofsted inspection. The Anti-Bullying Ambassadors have been highlighted in numerous reports as a strength to the school. Read some of the reports here.
Are there any opportunities after the training day?
We offer ongoing support to you and your Anti-Bullying Ambassadors after the event. To stay involved in the programme after your training event you can:
Nominate your Anti-Bullying Ambassadors for a Diana Award
After 10 months of your students being Anti-Bullying Ambassadors if you really feel that a student stands out you can nominate them for a Diana Award. The Diana Award recognises and celebrates the amazing work that young people do in their schools and communities. For more information on how to nominate click here.
